"กัมพูชา" บิดเบือน! โฆษกชี้แจง ติดอาวุธพื้นที่ "อานแซะ" สรุปเหตุการณ์ 4 ส.ค. 2568 | คมชัดลึก

 

บันทึกเหตุการณ์พิพาทบริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2568 ตามรายงานจากศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้สรุปเหตุการณ์บริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ดังนี้:

 

• 🔺 ภาพรวมสถานการณ์

ปัจจุบันไม่มีเหตุการณ์ แต่ยังคงพบการเคลื่อนไหวและการเพิ่มเติมกำลังของฝ่ายตรงข้ามอย่างต่อเนื่อง พบการใช้อากาศยานไร้คนขับทั้งในพื้นที่แนวชายแดน และพื้นที่ตอนใน รวมถึงการใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านระบบสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อสร้างความตื่นตระหนก ต่อประชาชนในพื้นที่ ซึ่งฝ่ายเรายังคงวางกำลังตามแนวพื้นที่ปฏิบัติการตามแผน

 

• 🔺 พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงมีพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้ ในความห่วงใยต่อกำลังพลและประชาชนของพระองค์ที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อน โดยทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้กองทัพบกร่วมกับส่วนราชการ เร่งดำเนินการสำรวจความเสียหาย และดำเนินการฟื้นฟูโดยเร่งด่วน ในการนี้ ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ร่วมกับมณฑลทหารบกที่ 26 และภาคประชาชน ได้ร่วมดำเนินการก่อสร้างบ้านหลังใหม่จนแล้วเสร็จ ให้กับครอบครัวของ สิบตรี ธีรยุทธ กระจ่างทอง ซึ่งเสียชีวิตจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในเหตุการณ์ปะทะ ณ ฐานตาฮอง 2 อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งครอบครัวของพลทหารผู้กล้า ต่างสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้ ซาบซึ้งในน้ำพระราชหฤทัยที่ทรงเมตตาและไม่ทอดทิ้งครอบครัวของผู้เสียสละเพื่อแผ่นดิน

 

• 🔺 มีความพยายามบิดเบือนข้อมูลข่าวและข่าวเท็จ

วานนี้ (3 ส.ค.68) มีการปล่อยข่าวว่าฝ่ายไทยเตรียมการโจมตีก่อนการประชุม GBC ในห้วงวันที่ 4 -7 สิงหาคม ทางฝ่ายเรายังคงยึดตามข้อตกลงการหยุดยิงอย่างเคร่งครัด การดูแลผู้อพยพ ส่วนราชการทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชน ยังคงให้การสนับสนุนอำนวยความสะดวกในพื้นที่รวบรวมพลเรือนทั้ง 495 จุด ใน 4 จังหวัด มียอดรวม ณ ปัจจุบัน 96,040 คน

 

• 🔺และในวันนี้ (4 ส.ค. 68) พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก ชี้แจงกรณีโฆษกกระทรวงกลาโหมกัมพูชา กล่าวหาว่าฝ่ายไทยส่งกำลังติดอาวุธเข้าพื้นที่ “อานแซะ” หลังข้อตกลงหยุดยิงมีผลว่า พื้นที่ดังกล่าวคือช่องอานม้าในเขตอธิปไตยไทย ซึ่งฝ่ายกัมพูชาเคยรุกล้ำหลายครั้งและไทยได้ประท้วงไปแล้ว การปฏิบัติการของฝ่ายไทยสามารถยึดพื้นที่ช่องอานม้าคืนได้ และอยู่ระหว่างจัดระเบียบใหม่ รวมถึงเก็บกู้และเคลียร์ทุ่นระเบิดที่คาดว่ากัมพูชานำมาวางไว้ เพื่อเสริมกำลังปกป้องอธิปไตยตามแนวเส้นปฏิบัติการของไทย

 

• 🔺 พลตรี วิทัย ลายถมยา โฆษกกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ประณามการกระทำของรัฐบาลและกองทัพกัมพูชาที่ปล่อยศพทหารของตนไว้ในพื้นที่การรบโดยไม่จัดการใด ๆ ถือเป็นการกระทำที่ไร้มนุษยธรรมและละเมิดกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศอย่างร้ายแรง

 

ทั้งนี้ การปล่อยศพโดยไม่เคารพเกียรติผู้เสียชีวิต ขัดต่ออนุสัญญาเจนีวาและหลักกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งระบุว่าทุกฝ่ายต้องปฏิบัติต่อศพผู้เสียชีวิตด้วยความเคารพ

มีการอพยพประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงเข้าสู่ศูนย์พักพิงใน 4 จังหวัด  
ศูนย์อพยพจำนวน 613 ศูนย์
รวมผู้อพยพทั้งสิ้น 83,766 คน

 

🔺 ขอเชิญประชาชนส่งพลังใจให้คณะผู้แทนไทย ในการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนทั่วไปไทย–กัมพูชา (GBC) ที่ประเทศมาเลเซีย ทุกท่านไม่ได้ไปเพียงเพื่อเจรจา แต่ไปในนามของ "ศักดิ์ศรีแห่งแผ่นดินไทย"
ทุกถ้อยคำที่กล่าว คือเกราะป้องกันความมั่นคง ขอจงมั่นใจในสิ่งที่ยืนหยัด เพื่ออธิปไตย เพื่อแผ่นดิน เพื่อเกียรติภูมิของชาติไทย 

 

🔺 ขอขอบคุณพี่น้องประชาชนทุกท่าน ที่ได้แจ้งข้อมูลการตรวจพบอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) ในพื้นที่ ผ่านหมายเลข 1374 เพื่อให้หน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงสามารถดำเนินการต่อได้อย่างทันท่วงที และน้ำใจจากประชาชนทั่วประเทศที่ร่วมบริจาคสิ่งของอุปโภคบริโภค เพื่อช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบ และสนับสนุนกำลังพลทหารที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ยืนหยัดรักษาอธิปไตยของชาติอย่างเข้มแข็งตามแนวชายแดน

Incident Report on the Thai-Cambodian Border Clashes
4 August 2025
According to the report from the 2nd Army Area Operations Center, the Royal Thai Army, the situation along the Thai-Cambodian border can be summarized as follows:
🔺 General Overview: 
There have been no clashes reported at present; however, continued movements and reinforcement by the opposing force have been observed. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been detected operating both along the border and further inland. Additionally, disinformation has been disseminated via online media to incite fear among the local population. Thai forces remain deployed according to the established operational plans.
🔺 His Majesty the King has graciously expressed deep concern for both Thai military personnel and civilians affected by the conflict. His Majesty has commanded the Royal Thai Army, in cooperation with relevant agencies, to urgently conduct damage assessments and implement rehabilitation efforts. In this regard, the Royal Volunteer Spirit Center of Buriram Province, in cooperation with the 26th Military Circle and local residents, completed the construction of a new house for the family of Pfc. Teerayut Krajangthong, who was killed in action during the clash at Ta Hong 2 base, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. The bereaved family expressed profound gratitude for the royal compassion and His Majesty’s unwavering care for those who sacrificed their lives for the Kingdom.
🔺 Attempts to Distort Information and Spread Disinformation
Yesterday (3 August 2025), false reports were circulated alleging that Thai forces were preparing to launch an attack ahead of the General Border Committee (GBC) meeting scheduled for 4-7 August 2025. Thailand remains fully committed to the ceasefire agreement.
In parallel, support for evacuees continues in full coordination among government agencies, the private sector, and local communities. Assistance is being provided at 495 designated civilian assembly points across four provinces, currently accommodating a total of 96,040 people.
🔺 And today (4 August 2025), Major General Winthai Suvaree, Spokesperson for the Royal Thai Army, responded to claims by the Spokesman of the Cambodian Ministry of National Defence, who alleged that Thai armed forces had entered the “An Sae” area after the ceasefire. He clarified that the area in question is Chong Ahn Ma, which lies within Thai sovereign territory. The Cambodian side had previously intruded into this area on several occasions, prompting formal protests from Thailand.
The Thai military successfully regained control of Chong Ahn Ma and is currently reorganizing the area, including the clearance of landmines reportedly planted by Cambodian forces, as part of efforts to secure Thai sovereignty in the operational zone.
🔺 Major General Vithai Laithomya, Spokesperson for the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, condemned the actions of the Cambodian government and military for abandoning the bodies of their fallen soldiers on the battlefield without proper handling. This inhumane act constitutes a serious violation of international law and the Geneva Conventions, which stipulate that all parties must treat the deceased with dignity and respect.

We are also grateful for the generosity of the Thai public, whose donations of essential supplies have supported both affected civilians and the steadfast soldiers defending our border.
